Hello parents! just checking in. So far, we only have these time slots filled: Julie Rakestraw: 4:45 to 5:30 (drink); me: 7:30 to 8:00 (crafts/games); and my husband Billy: 7 to 7:45 (drink). We still have quite a few slots left. Here they are:

**FOOD: 4:30 to 5:00; 5:00 to 5:30; 5:30 to 6:00 (1 volunteer needed per shift)

**DRINK: 5:30 to 6:15 (1 vol. needed per shift)

**CRAFTS/GAMES: 5:00 to 5:30; 5:30 to 6:00; 6 to 6:30; and 7:00 to 7:30 (2 vol. per shift)

**PARKING: 5:30 TO 6:00 (4 people if possible)

Mrs. Prescott said that her class won't be needing any tents after all. and don't forget this as well: 5th/6th graders: bring a package of short cakes; 4th graders: a can of whipped topping; brownies and cake's will be needed as well (50 to 100 per our class).
