Kid's Fest info/needs

Hi everyone. Kid's Fest is around the corner--May 10th, Friday evening, 5 to 8 pm. we will be needing volunteers for this event.

Here's what I know so far:
**Food: 4:30 to 6:30**Drink: 4:45 to 7:45**Crafts/Games: 5 to 6:30 and 7 to 8**Parade of flags/performances: 6:30 to 7ish (no activities to be going on at this time so people can watch their children's performances)

NEEDS:**5th and 6th graders: bring a package of short cakes (each child)**4th graders: bring a can of whipped topping (each child)**2 to 4 of the 6th grade families need to bring in brownies OR cakes OR something to serve 25 people (ie, 50 to 100 desserts are needed per class--I guess this means individual?)


**FOOD: 1 volunteer for each 30 min. slot (4:30 to 5:00; 5 to 5:30; 5:30 to 6; 6-6:30)**DRINK: 1 volunteer per time slot (4:45 to 5:30; 5:30 to 6:15; 7 to 7:45)
**CRAFTS/GAMES: 2 volunteers per shift (5-5:30; 5:30 to 6; 6-6:30; 7-7:30; 7:30-8)
**Mrs. Prescott's class will need help finding a tent (It's first come, first serve)
**PARKING: Mrs. Prescott's time slot is 6 to 6:30; We need 4 people for this
