**Julie Rakestraw: Drink (4:45 to 5:30)
**Cara Krajewski: Drink (5:30 to 6:15)
**Billy Cutler: Drink (7to 7:45)
**Elizabeth Oliveira: shortcakes
**Susan Askren and possibly Cyndi Coburn: checking in on kids at the crafts/games area about every 30 minutes
**Karl Anderson and possibly Cliff Hales: Parking (5:30 to 6:00)
**Shelly Tubaugh: extra topping/shortcake

AND: 4th graders bring in can of whipped topping; 5th/6th grade, package of shortcakes
